Three TNB Electron Charging Points (DC) at Perak, Malacca and Terengganu are now open 24 hours.
R&R Tapah Northbound : RM2.05/min (80kW) & RM2.35/min (100kW)
R&R Ayer Keroh Northbound : RM 2.20/min (2x90kW)
R&R Paka Northbound : RM 2.20/min (2x90kW)
EV users can now use TNB Electron chargers as they travel along the North-South Highway & East Coast Expressway. Activation of the chargers is through GO TO-U mobile app.
Don't forget to Reload-Reserve-Recharge.

GETTING
THE APP
Step 1: With your smartphone, click on Google Play (Android) or App Store (iOS) to download the GO TO-U mobile app
DOWNLOAD HERE:
Step 2: Launch the app on your phone. Click “Get Started” to enter the login page
Step 3: Enter your Phone Number and agree to the T&Cs before clicking "Verify Number".
Step 4: A 6-digit pin code will be sent to your phone. Copy the 6-digit pin to verify your number. Once complete, the main page of the app will appear.
FAMILIARISING YOURSELF WITH THE APP
Map: Enables users to search, check status and book charging stations.
Profile: Check and top up your e-wallet balance as well as other helpful information.
Click on “About our service” to access our support material. Use this for quick answers to the most common questions about the app.

Check your e-wallet and top up on the go
View your transaction. Click “Refill” to top up your e-wallet
Input a top up amount
Add your Payment Method
You are now ready to start charging!
START CHARGING YOUR EV

Select any charging station on the map by typing in the search feature

In the app, click “Start Charging”.
Keep track of your active reservation by navigating to:
Profile My Reservation

Book the charging station for the time you need

Charging has now started
You can end your session early by clicking on

Arrive to the charging location and place the nozzle into your EV. Ensure you are using the correct charging station by referring to the label (1 or 2)

Charging completes when your EV’s battery is full or after the reservation expires.
Return the nozzle back to its holder and exit the parking space
